Refunds & Return Policy

At NoobSePro, we provide digital products and services related to Roblox in-game items. Since all our goods are digital, there are no physical returns. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Refunds & Return Policy. For any concerns, please contact us at contact@noobsepro.com.

1. Nature of Products

All items sold on NoobSePro are digital in nature. This means there are no physical returns or shipments. Once delivered to your Roblox account, the items cannot be taken back or returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided once a digital item has been successfully delivered. Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The purchased item is no longer available.
  • Payment was completed but the order could not be processed due to a technical error.
  • Duplicate payments made in error (with proof of transaction).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provided incorrect or incomplete Roblox Username or Order details.
  • You are unable to join the Roblox server due to age restrictions (<13 years) but did not follow the alternative friend request method.
  • The item was already delivered to your Roblox account.
  • Delivery was delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., Roblox downtime, server issues).

If your case qualifies for a refund:

  • Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet) within 7–10 working days.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks with their bank or payment provider once a digital product has been delivered. Any disputes must be raised directly with our support team.
