Upon verification, our team will deliver the purchased item through:

- Adding our account as a friend (if under 13 and unable to join the server), OR
- Raising a ticket in our Discord server for guided delivery.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are fulfilled within 10–30 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand or technical issues. If your order is delayed beyond 24 hours, please contact support immediately.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:

- Ensure they can join the Roblox server or accept friend requests.
- Check their email inbox (and spam folder) for transactional emails.

6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once an item has been successfully delivered to your Roblox account. Refunds may only be considered in cases where:
- The purchased item is unavailable.
- Payment was made but the order was not processed due to technical issues.
7. Failed Deliveries
